I got no "CLR" bank in my Standard GPO4 folder I have it in the Notation folder on a Mac Install.

This is a known issue for OSX user who downloaded GPO4 between July 28 and August 8 2009. It has been fixed since then. Early users should downlaod the latest version or try the workaround below.

The CLR bank in standard is forced installed on the system drive, so people who install the sounds elsewhere get this problem.

Here are all the steps to fix this issue:

1. Copy GPO.CLR.bank.xml file from "~/Applications/Garritan Personal Orchestra 4/Banks/Standard" to "your_installed_directory/Garritan Personal Orchestra 4/Banks/Standard" folder

2. Make a backup copy of /Library/Preferences/com.Garritan.Personal Orchestra 4.plist

3. Use TextEdit to open /Library/Preferences/com.Garritan.Personal Orchestra 4.plist.

4. Copy the file path string from one of the other instruments (eg from 1110 FLT) to 1130 CLR. There are 2 strings to copy, the first string and the third string in the 1130 CLR key.

5. In the first string copied in step 4, amend the characters "FLT" (or whatever you chose) to "CLR". Save and exit TextEdit.

6. Once you've tested everything to work fine, you can go ahead and delete the "Banks" folder in "~/Applications/Garritan Personal Orchestra 4/". You can also delete the backup plist you made in step 2.
