An ARIA log file is generated when user click on the "Report Technical Issues" or "Generate Logs" link. The log file list all the steps executed by the ARIA Engine.

This log file is compressed and has a "tar.gz" file extension.

Reading the log file is VERY useful for the supprot staff to troubleshoot a problem with ARIA. Since it shows exactly what went well and what went wrong during an ARIA session, it makes it easier to understand how the Engine works.
