Why haven't I received my Garritan keycard?


There could be a few reasons why you may not have received a download key for downloadable products you've purchased. First make sure you entered your email address in the order correctly. You can check by logging into your account at www.garritan.biz and viewing your information. Next, check your account on the www.garritan.biz website under "Registration". This is where your personalized keycard will be. Also check your email for your notification. If you paid successfully and still haven't received an email containing your personalized keycard, it's possible that your email system is filtering the message as spam (junk mail) junk mail) and check your spam folder. The payment gateways may also block certain hotmail and other free accounts used often for spam. Hotmail and other free accounts seem to have more difficulties than others in misplaced spam filtering, so we do recommend adding our email address to your email address book. Please note that payment must be processed first. If your payment has not yet processed, you will not receive your download key. Payment processing is generally instantaneous when paying by credit card. However, PayPal orders may take a day or two to clear if ample funds are not in the account.
